The Bad:
1. Our beautiful snow turned into dangerous ice.
2. I caught a nasty cold.
3. Drew caught my nasty cold (and consequently resorted back to his waking up every 2 hours in the middle of the night routine).
4. Drew's adventures in standing up and attempting to walk finally resulted in an injury: a bruise above his eye...we've been calling it his first black eye. At the rate he's going, it will be the first of many.
5. Because of all of the above, we never made it to New Orleans. Sad times for all.
The Good:
1. The snow was beautiful for a little while even though Drew wasn't too amused by it.
2. Drew is only waking up every 4 hours now.
3. Our first Valentine's Day with Drew was unexpectedly simple and sweet.
